M + W | Gilbane Announces Second Invitation to Bid for Work on Foxconn Project

M+W | Gilbane released the second invitation to bid for work on Phase I of Foxconn's advanced manufacturing plant in the Village of Mount Pleasant. This bid release includes the core and shell work for an 88,000-square-foot multipurpose building. A pre-bid conference and matchmaking session will be held on Wednesday, May 30 at the SC Johnson iMET Center, Room 104 (2320 Renaissance Blvd, Sturtevant), and all bids are due by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
